Preparation and filing of Global NIBT returns for Oracle entities worldwide.
Support in Tax Planning and Tax Audits.
Tax Reconciliation and Accounting
6-10 years experience in Non Income based taxes covering the following : Preparation and filing of NIBT returns, - Tax accounting and reconciliations.
Proficient in Microsoft excel.
Ability to understand and interpret NIBT regulations - Ability to facilitate brainstorming discussions, gather and document inputs from business and technical SMEs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior executive engagement.
Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor in Accounting / Commerce.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.
May have project lead role.
Maintain current knowledge of all tax laws affecting Oracle.
Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
5 plus years experience in public accounting firm and/or high technology industry.
CPA and or MS/MBA tax preferred.
Support in Tax Planning and Tax Audits.
