Hiring for Taxation Manager Role for our Healthcare Industry on a Payroll of Mynd Integrated solutions

Corporate Location - Mumbai (Andheri) - 4th Floor, C Tower, Times Square Building, Marol, Gamdevi, Andheri Kural Road, Andheri East, Marol Naka, Mumbai - 400059

Shift Timings- Day (9am to 6:30 pm)

Working Days- 6 (Monday to Saturday)

Job Role

Direct Taxation:

• Computing TDS , TCS liability on monthly basis, Filing of TDS Return, correction statements, Issuing/ Verifying TDS certificates to Vendors on Quarterly basis and to the employees at year end, verifying/ applying for lower deduction certificate, Identifying rates of TDS for foreign payments basis DTAA provisions
• Computation of Income Tax Liability, Preparation of Form 3CD, 3CE & filing Income Tax return etc.
• Preparation of appeal documents with Tax Departments on various Income Tax related issues/cases.
• Supporting various statutory audits
• Transfer pricing applicability and cross charge allocations, reporting
• Undertaking research as per business scenario requirements and advisory

Indirect Taxation:

• Overall idea of indirect tax including erstwhile indirect tax (VAT, Service tax, etc)
• Preparation of GST liability and filing GST Returns, including GSTR 1, GSTR 3B and Annual Return.
• Conducting monthly GSTR 2A reconciliation
• Supporting GST Audit with adequate research and drafting
• Preparing and attending for GST departmental notices / inquiries / investigations, etc
• Research and understanding ability of legal aspects of taxation laws
