Job Description
Expectations:
- Apart from project management activities, willingness to perform other responsibilities like pre-sales support, response to RFP etc.

- Understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and customer assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of position.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the execution and completion of OFSAA project(s).
- Creates budgets, plans, and schedules.
- Sources and allocates resources such as labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Tracks physical and financial project performance, changes, and issues.
- Leading, monitoring, and maintaining progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost and quality.
- Ensures proper billing and cost transfers.
- Communicates status and project performance to project managers and project executives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic projects and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and priorities with evolving business needs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate, liaise between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to define project requirements, milestones, and dependencies.
- Collaborate on the initiatives such as Change Management Project, work on continuous improvement. Ensure compliance to Company policies and while adapting industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues or challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and communications to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Contribute to customer relationship management by focusing on documenting strategies, creation meeting agenda and reporting as required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement best practices to enhance project management processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the project team to promote high performance and achieve project goals. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
