The SaaS Cloud Security organization is responsible for securing enterprise-grade software services on behalf of our 25,000 customers, processing over 60 billion transactions per day

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be a key member of the team in innovating, designing, and developing SaaS Cloud applications and infrastructure
- You will participate in the architecture and design of systems, and use modern programming practices (micro-services, BFF, Graphql etc
-Specialist skill in a modern programming language such as Python, Python Fast API, React JS, Javascript with proficiency in additional languages preferred
- Monitoring tools like Grafana, prometheus etc are added advantage too
- You will be bringing your experience in building, deploying and owning distributed and resilient systems to design simple, scalable, performant and secure architectures
- You will be working closely with other platform engineers, to share information, experiences and capabilities
- You will be a driver of creating a culture of quality and attention to detail at Oracle
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Science or Engineering background with 6+ years experience writing enterprise software products
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Specialist skill in a modern programming language such as Python, Python Fast API, React JS, Javascript with proficiency in additional languages preferred
- Relational DB(Oracle DB) and Graphql is an added advantage
- Good grasp of cloud development concepts like micro-services, cloud hosts, distributed storage
- Experience with version control/Code-Review tools like GitHub etc and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, gitlab runner, etc
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, Rest APIs, JavaScript libraries and frameworks like Python, Python Fast API, React JS or Angular, Typescript
- Strong knowledge of software development process (analysis, design, and coding, testing, packaging, maintenance)
- Confident team player, with outstanding verbal and written communications skills
Responsibilities
- You will be a key member of the team in innovating, designing, and developing SaaS Cloud applications and infrastructure
- You will be involved in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures
Implement ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow and transformation
Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance and efficiency
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data availability and quality
- You will participate in the architecture and design of systems, and use modern programming practices (micro-services, BFF, Graphql etc)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
Drive best practices in data engineering and AI development
- Monitoring tools like Grafana, prometheus etc are added advantage too
- You will be bringing your experience in building, deploying and owning distributed and resilient systems to design simple, scalable, performant and secure architectures
