As a Technology Architect you will:

Technical Architect within depth knowledge and significant experience on trouble shooting, problem solving, implementation and managing complex Citrix environmentReview RCA related to critical incidents and problems.Completed and reported findings for due diligence on current Citrix/XenApp Server environmentsDesign and deployment of Citrix proof of conceptsExperience in providing L3+ support on critical incidents and problems.Implementation and migration experience with medium to large Citrix environments for enterprise customers.Create technical documentation and publishing articlesDefine user needs, and provide input to functional design, testing, troubleshooting and basic system management and supportAssess risks and mitigation strategies within the technology architecture

Preferred Qualification:

At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experienceExperience in providing L3+ support on critical incidents and problemsKnowledge on scripting languages like PowerShell, Chef etc.

Assess risks and mitigation strategies within the technology architecture
Provide on-call support when needed

Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed.
