Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation:Develop visually compelling marketing materials for real estate listings, including brochures, flyers, postcards, social media graphics, email templates, and website banners.

Branding:Ensure consistency of the companys brand identity across all digital and print materials

Maintain brand standards while adapting designs to fit various real estate projects.

Property Marketing:Create eye-catching property presentations, virtual tours, and listing graphics that highlight the features and appeal of real estate properties.

Social Media Content:Design engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels, tailored for the real estate audience.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams:Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to understand specific needs and produce high-quality designs for real estate campaigns, open house promotions, and email newsletters.

Photo Editing and Enhancement:Edit and retouch property photos to enhance visual appeal and maintain a high standard of presentation.

Web Design Support:Assist with the creation of website graphics, banners, and other digital assets to support online marketing efforts.

Market Research:Stay up to date with current design trends, real estate marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the brands visual presence remains competitive.
