Key Responsibilities



Interior Design & Space Planning:Lead the design of interior spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Collaboration with Architects:Work alongside architects to develop cohesive interior designs that align with architectural concepts, building systems, and structural requirements.
  • Material and Finish Selection:Curate and recommend materials, finishes, and color schemes that reflect the projects vision, budget, and client preferences.
  • 3D Modeling & Visualization:Create detailed 3D renderings, mood boards, and interior layouts to communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Client Interaction:Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the space, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the design process.
  • Sustainability & Budget Management:Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
  • Project Coordination:Coordinate with other project teams, including construction managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth execution of design elements from concept to completion.
  • Construction Documentation:Produce detailed drawings and specifications, including floor plans, elevations, and millwork details, for interior construction.
  • Quality Control & Site Visits:Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure design integrity during construction.
