OptiSol Business Solutions - Product Owner (5-7 yrs)

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team.

- The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to help define product features and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining and prioritizing product features, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to gather requirements and communicate product needs.

- Help create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.

- Work with stakeholders to identify product improvements and new opportunities.

- Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback from users to drive continuous product iprovement.

- Ensure that the development team understands the product vision and scope for each release.

- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and grooming sessions.

Requirements:

- MBA graduate with an interest in product management.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g, Jira, Trello) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior internship or experience in a related field (product management, business analysis, or software development).

- Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g, Figma, Sketch).

- Knowledge or experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies is an advantage.
