As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic Head of Human Resources (HR Head) to lead the company's people strategy and drive a culture of excellence.
Job Summary:
The HR Head will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, organizational development, internal compliance, and payroll.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with experience building HR structures in small companies and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals, driving a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to support business growth.
3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that drive individual and organizational success, including appraisals, feedback, and career development programs.
5. Learning and Development: Create training and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and support career progression within the organization.
6. HR Operations, Compliance, and Payroll: Manage HR operations with a focus on internal compliance, payroll processing, and adherence to local labor laws and industry regulations.
7. Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain talent, aligning them with industry standards and company budgets.
8. Organizational Development: Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to improve business performance and employee satisfaction.
9. HR Structure Building: Establish and scale HR functions, processes, and policies in a small company setting, contributing to the company's growth and development.
10. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively across the organization.
11. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace by implementing relevant policies and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA with a focus on HR preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in building HR structures in small companies and contributing to their growth.
- Extensive experience handling internal compliance, payroll processing, and managing the full HR spectrum.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
