Job Overview

The Head of HR will lead the HR function, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The role involves overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development, to support the company's mission and goals. An experience in Microfinance Industry is mandatory.

Qualifications and Experience
