Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Corporate Sales Manager to spearhead our corporate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the corporate segment across India, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for premium food products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients across India, including but not limited to large corporations, hotels, event planners, and corporate gifting companies.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships to expand the company's client base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored product offerings and ensure satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, sales materials, and presentations that showcase the company's unique product range and brand story.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation in the corporate gifting space.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth in the B2B sector.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery of products to corporate clients.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster new business relationships in the corporate sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- 5+ years of proven track record in corporate sales or B2B sales roles, preferably within the premium food, confectionery, or gifting industry.

- Demonstrated success in building relationships with corporates across India.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the B2B space.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of corporate hierarchy.

- In-depth understanding of corporate gifting trends and practices in India.

- Passion for and knowledge of premium food products and gifting traditions.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Willingness to travel across India as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
