Experience: 5+ Relevant experience in managing the Local IT Infrastructure on Cloud and providing Desk Side Support

Education: Engineering or MCA

Location: Noida, India

Job Brief:

End to End ownership of Company IT Infrastructure on Azure / MS O365 and Collaboration Tools / MS Cloud PC Infrastructure

Provide Remote Desktop Support to Users for there Laptop, Cloud PC, application or access issues.

Provide Hand & Feet or Deskside support or Field Support operations to Users.

Responsibilities:

Manage Local IT:

Do IMAC related activities for Organizational provided Assets to Users

Manage Inventory of Organizational Assets and Software

Implement and Manage Security and Compliance on Organizational Assets

Provide regular reports on Deployed, in stock assets along with Forecast.

Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.

IT Onboarding and Deboarding of Users, provide Role base access as per User requirements.

Manage Organizational IT Applications:

Manage and secure O365 and collaboration Tools

Manage and secure MS Cloud PC environment.

Manage Azure Cloud IT infrastructure:

IMAC related activities or requirements

Security and Compliance of environment

Access Management

Regular reporting on SLA, Compliance, access etc

Monitoring and troubleshooting of issues and outages

Work with OEM for any escalated issues

Doing Upgrades and Enhancements

Skills Required:

Jira Ticketing Tool

Azure Admin

Azure Active Directory

Intune and Intune Policies

Any scripting language (PowerShell is preferred)

Windows OS (Server and Desktop Versions)

Security and Compliance expertise in Azure, MS Applications

Good Communication skills and can manage Global Customers

Problem Solving attitude.

Good to have Azure and MS certifications.
