- Planning and managing all available resources and field activities to achieve an efficient and economic completion of the project within the planned time period at budgeted cost.
- Ensuring timely completion and targeted profitability by offering highest possible quality work and services.
- Monitoring the cash inflow/outflow and materials
- Planning and monitoring the Projects activities weekly/monthly basis with internals and clients, contractors and vendors.
- Initiate & Compliance of Code of Conduct/Disciplinary Action Policy for all team members.
- Preparing and Presenting operational reports to Directors
