Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a talented Recruiting Lead (Banking Domain) to manage and lead our technical recruitment efforts in Bangalore. This role requires 8-12 years of hands-on experience in technical hiring in Banking Domain and strong leadership skills to guide the recruitment team while contributing as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical recruiting team on day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles across multiple domains.
• Act as a subject matter expert for technical hiring best practices and strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, role expectations, and hiring timelines.
• Oversee interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
• Manage recruitment metrics, ensuring timely reporting and data accuracy.
• Mentor and guide the recruitment team to enhance their performance and capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in technical recruitment for Software, Product, IT Services, or IT Consulting in Banking domain
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team while being an individual contributor.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, coordination, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.
