Optimum Solutions - Business Analyst - Wealth Management Domain (10-15 yrs)

Desired Skills :

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in (wealth management, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Cash Management, Digital Banking/Transformation) for financial services or fintech organizations.

- Proven experience with large digital transformation of wealth management platforms from end-to-end ( conceptual to implementation) is highly desirable.

- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements for digital platforms (web and mobile).

- Experience in Managing offshore and onsite environment.

- Strong experience in designing user interfaces and customer journeys for equity trading platforms and investment tools.

- Strong background in creating dashboards and analytics for portfolio performance, trade analysis, and platform metrics.

- Experience in defining Non-Functional Requirements

- Proven track record in developing scenarios & test strategy , acceptance criterions & collaborating with QA teams, and ensuring successful user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Should understand technical areas of SDLC.

- Experience of evaluating the requirements and writing Business Requirements documents

- Breaking down the requirements from all stakeholders including business, IT, Support, Architecture

- Supporting Business and project team with clarifications and requirements sessions

- Understanding of the APIs and able to create the necessary mappings within the systems

- Ability to understand the solution diagram and map to requirements

- Creating Traceability matrix of requirements, designs, testing

- Review the functional documents from vendors and support business discussions

- Driving the Defect triage calls and coordinating the closure of defects

- Supporting the project manager on related activities like reporting, financials

Good to have :

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations such as SEC, FINRA, and GDPR, and experience ensuring compliance in digital solutions.

- Hands-on experience in defining integration requirements for robo-advisory services, trading systems, and APIs with third-party systems.

- Experience working with stakeholders to define and document system workflows, including risk profiling, alerts, and compliance features.

- Familiarity with AI/ML-based portfolio recommendations and integrating them into trading systems.
