Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA Manager to join our organization. The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products/services through the implementation and management of quality assurance processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality analysis, along with exceptional leadership skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Lead and manage a team of quality analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance their skills and knowledge
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess product/service quality and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, resolve quality-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulations related to quality assurance and recommend appropriate measures to maintain compliance.
Analyse quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting areas of concern, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization by promoting awareness, training, and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and customers during quality audits and inspections.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
Identify and implement automated tools and software to streamline quality assurance processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline). Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in quality analysis, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Minimum 8 years of selenium Automation testing experience
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of quality analysts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
Knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models especially Agile.
