Job Profile: .Net Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Developer (3+ years of experience) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the systems that support the transfer of financial transactions between clubs, players etc. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver efficient, secure, and compliant software solutions that meet the needs of the global football community.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Development & Maintenance :

Develop and maintain the Clearing House platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of financial transaction management systems.

Payment Processing System Integration:

- Build and integrate payment gateways and third-party systems to facilitate secure, efficient transactions between clubs, players, and FIFA.

- Database Management:

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable databases that store sensitive financial and transactional data in compliance with regulations.

- API Development & Integration:

Develop APIs for communication between internal systems and external platforms, ensuring data consistency and secure transmission.

- Compliance & Security:

- Implement security best practices, including encryption and access controls, to ensure the platform adheres to global financial regulations and protects sensitive data.

- Collaboration & Communication:

- Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, compliance officers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide support for technical documentation, troubleshooting, and user training.

- Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Participate in testing and debugging to ensure that the Clearing House platform performs optimally and is free ofbugs or issues. Write automated tests where applicable.

- Continuous Improvement :

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform by proposing and implementing new features,optimizations, and enhancements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of Proven experience in software development, particularly in payment systems or financial technology.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as DotNet, C#.

- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).

- Familiarity with API design and integration (RESTful APIs).

- Solid understanding of security protocols (SSL/TLS, encryption, secure coding practices).

- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Mandatory skills :

- Dotnet, C#, .net core, MongoDB, Rest API, Azure Cloud, Security Protocols, React (at least 1 year of experience)
