Senior Unity Developer - Game Design (8-10 yrs)

Optimal Virtual Employee is seeking a highly skilled Senior Unity Developer to join our growing team in Noida.

In this exciting role, you will play a key role in developing engaging and high-quality games, leveraging your expertise in Unity, C#, and various game development technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with designers and other team members to translate game concepts into functional and engaging gameplay mechanics.

- Develop robust game logic and user interfaces using Unity and C#, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.

- Integrate various media assets (3D models, animations, sound effects) into the game using established pipelines.

- Work closely with team members to establish efficient development processes and maintain a high-quality codebase.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex game-related issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

- Contribute to the development of multiplayer experiences (a plus).

- Explore and potentially utilize emerging technologies like AR/VR in game development (a plus).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 8+ years of professional experience in Unity development with a proven track record of success.

- Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with various game development concepts, including level design, procedural generation, and particle systems.

- Familiarity with networking technologies for multiplayer game development (a plus).

- Experience with shader programming languages like GLSL or HLSL (a plus).

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
