Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our application's customer base in the Indian B2B/B2C retail sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in retailers, brands, manufacturers, enterprises, universities, and media houses across India.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the retail technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the Indian B2B/B2C retail landscape and ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales techniques, CRM systems, and sales forecasting.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and other regional languages
