Technical Architect - Salesforce

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in LWD, CRM, Analytics, AI, Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, and Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements and enhance our CRM capabilities. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our Salesforce initiatives and driving innovation across the organization.

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, focusing on LWD, CRM, Analytics, AI, Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain the architecture (applications and data) of the Salesforce platform to ensure compliance with industry best practices and scalability.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party applications and platforms with Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Conduct architecture reviews and assessments, recommending changes and enhancements as needed.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the organization is leveraging the Salesforce platform optimally.
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Address complex problems, propose effective solutions, and ensure resolutions are implemented in a timely manner.
