Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Development

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials, including emails, brochures, website content, and social media posts.

• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing assets, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and webinars.

Marketing Strategy & Project Management

• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure project deadlines are met.

• Organize and lead team meetings, keeping campaigns and initiatives on track.

• Assist in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Marketing Expansion & Digital Tools

• Learn and implement email marketing strategies using platforms such as MailChimp, LinkedHelper, and similar tools.

• Support in the setup and management of webinars, outreach campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience in social media management
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for marketing materials
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand messaging
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing
• Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking.
