Opsera India - Javascript Developer - Node.js/React.js (2-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Engineer with some real-world experience in Javascript development to join our team.

As a Javascript Developer, you will work on a team developing a React based Web Application and a NodeJS middleware for our SAAS product. You should be comfortable working in an ambitious, startup environment where you take ownership of the work and projects and bring a can-do, problem solver mindset to the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers & QA teams, to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to best practices and standards.

- Conduct thorough unit testing of features to identify bugs, improve usability and enhance functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, addressing both development and integration challenges.

- Comfortable working with distributed teams across various time zones.

- Open to feedback and following the team's design style.

- A creative problem solver willing to go the extra mile.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a JavaScript developer.

- Demonstrable experience of at least one JavaScript framework like React, NodeJS, Vue.js etc.

- Strong communication skills and working in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem solving skills and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice to haves :

- Knowledge of Python

- Prior experience working with MongoDB or other Databases

- Experience developing a SAAS product
