Job Summary :
We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in the DevSecOps ecosystem to drive the development and delivery of secure, scalable software solutions.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical depth with customer-centricity, prioritise and execute high-impact deliverables, and translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
You will collaborate with engineering, security, and DevOps teams while engaging directly with B2B customers to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy & Roadmap.
- Prioritise features based on customer commitments, and business impact.
- Incorporating data and statistics and ability to think through persona-based visualisations for representation of various metrics.
- Customer Engagement.
- Lead B2C customer calls to capture requirements, conduct demos, and address feedback.
- Translate customer needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, emphasizing security, compliance, and integration into DevSecOps Metrics and KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of security practices into DevOps processes.
- Work with security experts to align tools (e.g , SAST/DAST scanners, IaC compliance tools) with product goals.
Project Management :
- Manage complex timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies; mitigate risks and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Balance competing priorities to meet customer deadlines without compromising quality.
- Data-Driven Insights.
- Apply mathematical/statistical analysis to interpret metrics (e.g , pipeline efficiency, vulnerability rates, DORA, SPACE metrics) and optimize product performance.
- DevSecOps Expertise.
- Stay updated on tools (e.g , Jenkins, GitHub Suite, Jira, SonarQube, AI Code Assistants).
Documentation & Communication :
- Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
- Present product updates to internal teams and external customers with clarity.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Master's preferred :
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security frameworks.
- Familiarity with basic statistics/data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with Wire-framing and visualisation/BI tools.
Soft Skills :
- Exceptional communication skills for customer demos, requirement gathering, and stakeholder updates.
- Proven ability to manage B2C relationships and Execute high-impact deliverables.
