Job Description

Purpose of employment

We are looking for a dynamic sales executive who can generate sales. You will be responsible to identify the market for our HRMS software, generate opportunities and need to handle end to end sales process. You will be the part of the sales team& a key responsible person to go to market & generate revenue for the organization

You will be responsible to maintain a professional relationship with your clients & time to time generate additional revenue for your existing account.

Task

  • Generate leads for HRMS through various channels
  • Time to time Email communication to prospective & existing clients on various offers, achievements, articles that are of interest to the client or their industry.
  • Update all leads & sales status on the CRM software
  • Should be able to demonstrate the solution capabilities to client.
  • Identify the client challenge / pain areas & give propose solution that fits the requirement
  • Generate quotes for the client with an illustration on ROI
  • Coordinate with the tech team / demo specialist for detail capability leading to closure of sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Consistent follow up, proactive actions, timely reminders with client to address all the queries leading to closure of business. Market competition analysis & time to time input to the product team
  • Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, Events, conferences
