Roles Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of tele callers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to achieve team goals.
Set performance targets and objectives for the team and monitor their progress, ensuring individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and telecalling best practices.
Monitor and evaluate telecallers calls to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Generate and analyze reports on team performance, call metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure effective coordination and achievement of business objectives.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and provide timely resolution.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Foster a positive work environment, motivate team members, and promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Proven experience as a tele caller or telemarketer, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Previous experience as a team lead or supervisory role is preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proficient in using telecalling software and CRM systems.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
