About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
User Operation:
- Responsible for the construction, maintenance and management of the membership system, improve the consumption experience and loyalty of members by formulating membership strategies, planning marketing activities and analyzing member data, thus increasing sales and user stickiness.
- Membership Management: Maintain the member management system, including user stratification, point system, rights and interests setting, etc., to improve user experience and satisfaction.
- Membership Marketing Campaign Planning : Plan and implement member marketing activities, such as points redemption, coupon issuance, etc., to promote member re-purchase and increase user loyalty.
- User relationship maintenance: Interact with members through CRM system, social media WhatsApp and other channels to solve questions and provide personalized services.
- Project management: Responsible for planning and implementing member-related projects, such as member days, member-only activities, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the projects and the achievement of objectives.
Education Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in any Specialization
Skills Required:
- Internet user growth and operation related work experience.
- Membership operation and management experience is preferred
