Job Title: Media Partnership Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Media Partnership Planning and Execution:
- Explore and maintain relationships with various digital media platforms including cricket, movies, OTT series platforms (such as Hotstar), Snapchat, and Spotify, as well as traditional media (e.g., TV, radio, print media).
- Be on constant look out for industry best innovative practices, set up test and learn and bring first mover advantage to OPPO.
- Plan and execute innovative media content collaboration projects through deep partnerships with media platforms to enhance brand exposure and influence.
- Explore and manage offline IP collaboration opportunities to increase brand market penetration and user engagement.
Project Management:
- Independently oversee the entire planning, execution, and monitoring of media partnership projects to ensure they are completed on time, within quality standards, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, coordinating resources and timelines, and resolving any issues that arise during projects.
- Develop detailed project plans including goal setting, budget management, and risk assessment to ensure effective project progression.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of media partnership projects, using data-driven decisions to optimize media strategies.
- Regularly compile summary reports on media partnership projects, providing insights and recommendations to support future strategy development.
Team Collaboration and Training:
- Assist team leaders in team building and training to enhance the team's professional capabilities and execution level.
- Share media partnership experiences and best practices to improve the overall capabilities of the team.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, communication, or related fields preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in media partnership, digital media or traditional media.
Professional Skills:
- Mastery of the operational mechanisms of various digital media platforms, with extensive experience and successful case studies in media partnerships.
- Expertise in the processes of managing offline IP collaboration projects, with strong resource integration and project execution capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of efficiently managing complex projects and multiple tasks.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, able to drive media strategy optimization through data.
