We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our payment collections processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on payment collections, and a proven ability to improve efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage Payment Collections: Oversee the end-to-end payment collections process, ensuring timely and accurate collections while minimizing delinquencies and write-offs.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the collections team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience in payment collections.
Compliance: Ensure all collections activities comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain metrics, reports, and dashboards to track collections performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Finance, Customer Service, and Sales, to ensure alignment and support for collections activities.
Technology Utilization: Leverage collections software and tools to automate processes and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in payment collections. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Technical Skills: Proficiency with collections software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
