Job Description

Join our expanding online chess coaching institute, where we deliver high-quality training to students worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to oversee the efficient coordination of our coaching sessions. This role offers great opportunities for both experienced professionals and freshers with a long-term vision for growth in the online education industry.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth communication with students, parents, and coaches.
Assign trainers to sessions, ensuring they are prepared with necessary materials and course details.
Monitor session progress, maintain syllabus quality, and track student performance.
Assist with preparing training materials and maintaining accurate training records.
Provide administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth training operations.

Good command of English with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
A passion for chess or a willingness to learn is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in operations, scheduling, or education management is preferred. Freshers with a long-term vision for growth are also encouraged to apply.
Availability to work six days a week.
