Role & responsibilities
1. Sample receiving, sample booking, and sample distribution to respective departments & report typing.
2. Maintaining test reports in an organized and easy retrieval manner.
3. Report preparation and dispatch.
4. Inform immediately to Section in-charge/QA in case of query from client.
5. Preparation of Quotation, report & invoice, when required.
6. Report preparation and sending soft copies to client.
7. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and preparing quotations.
8. Customer review of requests for analysis.
9. Establishing and maintaining working relationships with other areas of the organization, including laboratory, sales, IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
10. Sr. Executive/Executive will also look after the Section In-charge work in his/her absence along with their said work.
11. Any other work assigned.
