Job Description
The Operations Consultant(s) will have a passion for understanding Renoir s journey from potential supplier to a valued partner and advisor. At the forefront is a collaborative and consultative approach, reflecting the nature of the investment and value expected. With that in mind we would be looking for.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in either a consultancy, engineering, or oil & gas
- Background with performance coaching and change management frameworks.
- Credible and experience of offshore maintenance operations, optimization and scheduling
- Deal effectively and professionally with all client stakeholders!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize your daily workload.
- Greatly preferred previous offshore experience
- A self-starter and people person, naturally curious and engaging.
