Job Description

We are looking for a technically proficient Python Programming intern to join us. To excel in this job role, you should be excellent in Scripting languages like Unix/Linux, Python and OOPs programming languages (Scala preferable) with understanding of back-end database like Exadata/SQL server databases etc.

Job Role:

Develop high quality, secure and scalable scripts and data pipelines using Python programming language.
Build automation and efficiency in Data ingestion, data movement, data access and data transfer workflows by innovation and collaboration.
Participate in the entire software development life-cycle, building, testing and delivering high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
Leverage new technologies and approaches to innovate with increasingly large data sets.
Work with project team to meet scheduled due dates, while identifying emerging issues and recommending solutions for problems.
Perform assigned tasks and production incident independently.
Contribute ideas to help ensure that required standards and processes are in place and actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.
Work with the team as well as an individual contributor to drive efficient deliveries.

Skills Required:

In-depth understanding of the Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks and tools such as Numpy, Pandas, Django and Flask
Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL.
Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skill. Should be technically strong and have strong communication and coordination skills.
Contributions to open-source Python projects or active involvement in the Python community.
