Manager, Software Engineering- Nodejs

What you will need to succeed

9+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, JavaScript). At least 3 years hands on experience with one of the following: NodeJs / TypeScript / Angular.

Understanding in Cloud computing fundamentals.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as git.

Experience with a major cloud environment on AWS

Experience with microservices architectures.

Strong knowledge in software development methodologies and passion for creating high-standard solution deliveries.

Strong interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills.

Managerial experience - ability to lead, mentor and drive people

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English communication capabilities (verbal and writing)

Strong understanding of cloud computing. Experience working with at least one of the leading Cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure.

Good understanding and experience developing distributed systems. Experience working with Kafka / RabbitMQ.

Web development background. Extensive experience with software development methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
