Job Description
- Lead non-technical projects with engineering teams as the customer, such as the implementation internal or external tools for PMO, internship program overview, and process control for PMO
- Identify requirements (resources, financial, systems, tools, etc) to execute new projects within the PMO
- Communicate status updates and next steps of all Biz Ops projects MA/integration of PMO teams, Budget/Planning, Tools integration and adoption
- Research new tools and methods for PMO to automate and streamline processes and internal activities, then communicating and setting up projects to implement these improvements.
- Possess 8-12 years of previous professional experience.
What you need to Succeed
- Strong program management skills with experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives within an Engineering PMO.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet), and portfolio management best practices.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with engineering, product, and executive leadership teams.
- Ability to analyze program data, generate reports, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or other relevant project/program management certifications preferred.
