Job Description
- Design and execute both manual and automated tests.
- Participate in and influence RD design meetings.
- Independently lead the testing of new features from the design phase to production.
- Experience is knowledge transfer from overseas team is a strong advantage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new functionalities.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as the team grows.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, or related technical field
- Proven practical experience of at least 5 years as a QA Engineer.
- QA knowledge - Design and execute tests according to specs (requirements), report bugs, QA methodologies, etc.)
- Good Exposure on SAP echo systems ECC / S4HANA functional modules like MM and FI.
- Proficient in test automation skills with SAP GUI, SAP GUI for HTML , FIORI with QTP.
- Exposure on SAP advanced technologies or testing methodologies using SAP BTP is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with web server knowledge, networking, REST APIs testing, Selenium
- Familiarity with any programming language important advantage
- Familiarity with Micro Focus tools (PPM, ALM, ALM Octane) advantage
- Professional and Team Player
- Experience in working with customers is a strong advantage
- System wide perspective
- Organized and precise, with strong attention to details
