Job Description
- Designs enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of application software, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
- Analyses design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product or solution.
- Ability to write good clean code on a day-to-day basis and actively participates in Code reviews.
- Should be open to work across technologies as a stack developer.
- Leads a project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced
- development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem.
- Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
- Represents the software systems engineering team for all phases of larger and more complex development projects.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
- At least 7+ years or above hands-on C++ programming experience required.
- Experience with both Win32 and LINUX APIs required. Experience developing multi-threaded software required.
- Experience in server-side of large-scale multi-tier software applications required.
- Experience in Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL required.
- Passion in software engineering, technology oriented.
- Independent, self-reliant, trustable, quick learning, high responsible and with can do attitude
- Standard C++, Boost C++, JNI, Web Service(SOAP/REST), database performance tuning, system core dump analysis.
- Tools Visual Studio C++, gdb/g++/gcc
- Iron will and strong motivation to grow.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Using software applications design tools and languages.
- Excellent time management and self-organization/autonomy.
- Software applications basic testing methodology, including writing and execution of testing scripts and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
- Experience in working with version control and build tools like GIT, GitLab, Maven and Jenkins.
- Good Networking skills and experience
