Job Description
- Bring software industry and new technology knowledge and apply expertise of technology for creating solution in OpenText
- Take Proactive Leadership, overseeing medium to large scale projects , complex model development and end to end programs and solutions
- Direct the application of existing principles and drive the development of innovative ideas.
- Coordinate and direct cross functional teams, ensuring exceptional results.
- Develop effective solutions for OpenText, evaluation all potential variables and adapting best suitable technologies.
- Make vertical decision as a lead, foster valuable networks with stakeholders and provide the guidance on matters as needed.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-threaded apps and design patterns.
- Advance knowledge of Java/J2EE, spring boot and development experience in microservices
- Experience with front end technologies like Nodejs, angular.js, typescript etc.
- Python, bash etc. for automating localization tasks and configurations
- proficient with cloud technologies. AWS preferable.
- Experience with Databases and opensource frameworks
- Experience with version control and build system
- Good knowledge of Docker., Kubernetes.
- Good knowledge of Scripting and CI/CD .
- Excellent in communication verbal and in written.
- Strong team player, self-starter, and pro-active.
- Should lead the initiatives, mentor the team for growth.
