Lead Graphics Designer

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on learning relevant information and materials
• Prepare rough drafts and present concepts
• Create excellent PowerPoint Templates
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Complete revisions based on client feedback
• Deliver finalized and organized raw graphic
• Test graphics across various media
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Qualifications and Skills: -

• Bachelor Degree and/or relevant technical training and certifications.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic designing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Knowledge of Storyline and Captivate will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Web applications like VYOND/Powtoon will be an added advantage.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite including proficiency in Word, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess a strong portfolio of work that shows an eye for detail, understanding of typography, and includes examples of clean, compelling design work.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Knowledge of production tools and methodology, and a strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software and hardware.
