Sr Contracts Engineer/ Project Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from tender stage to project execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare bid proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with clients.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analyses, and budgetary control reports for projects.
• Oversee contract administration, including claims management, dispute resolution, and contract variations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, procurement, HR) for smooth contract implementation.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly billings to clients and maintain accurate records of work orders and claims.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress against contractual requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in contract engineering or a related field.
• Diploma/ B.Tech /B.E. degree in Civil.
• Strong understanding of rate analysis, contract management, work order processing, letter writing, project billing, client billing, project progress tracking.
