Urgently Hiring - Electronics Hardware testing Engineer || PUNE

1. Good understanding of Semiconductor devices and Power Electronics
2. Ability to read, analyse Hardware schematics and PCB layout
3. Knowledge of Electronics Hardware testing, e.g. Dielectric, EMI/EMC, DC surge etc.
4. Understanding of Electrical system and control systems.
5. Requirement gathering, Requirement writing, System design Documentation.
6. DFMEA, FTA/Fishbone and any other six sigma tools
7. Test plan creation and test execution (On Genset/Matlab based simulation system-HIL/MIL)
8. Knowledge about System V diagram
9. Communication Protocols: Ethernet, CAN, Modbus
10. Exposure to troubleshooting and bug fixing

*Good to have

1. Datalink domain Knowledge ISO 7-layer
2. Basic knowledge of Network Topology
3. Genset Domain Knowledge Alternator, Protection, Paralleling, PLC, Relays-breakers, etc.
4. Engine Domain Knowledge - Base Engine, Controls, Application, protection, etc.
5. Cyber Security
6. Closed and Open loop control/Theory (PG Programs)- AVR, Voltage Regulation, Speed Governing
7. Electronic Control Architecture knowledge - **microprocessor, SW, Service tool, HMI
8. Product development lifecycle- in general knowledge
9. Fault Diagnostics
10. PSHA (Product Safety & Hazard Analysis) and Product risk assessment
11. Knowledge of Codes and Compliance (e.g. UL, IEC, RoHs etc) related to Electronics Hardware

Qualification: Preferably Masters in Electrical/Hardware/Electronics

Experience: 4-8 years
