Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Own and execute the hiring process, from sourcing to offer closure, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to hiring SLAs.

Stakeholder Management Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver quality hires within timelines.

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including direct search, referrals, job portals, and industry networks, to build strong candidate pipelines.

Candidate Assessment Drive structured evaluation methods, ensuring a data-driven and competency-based hiring approach.

Process Optimization – Continuously improve recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance efficiency using data-driven insights.

Market Intelligence – Stay updated on talent market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks to advise hiring teams.

Employer Branding – Partner with marketing and leadership teams to enhance Porter's employer brand in the tech and logistics space.

Offer Management & Closure – Drive competitive offer negotiations and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

> 3+ years of experience in tech and non-tech hiring for high-growth startups, product companies, or top-tier consulting firms.

> Proven track record of hiring senior and niche roles in fast-paced environments.

> Strong experience in direct sourcing, stakeholder management, and structured hiring processes.

> Ability to drive data-backed hiring decisions and improve conversion ratios.

> Expertise in negotiation, candidate experience, and employer branding strategies.

> Hands-on experience with ATS tools
