Job Description
- Conduct candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommendation of candidates for all levels of positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through online channels, social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Utilize global Talent processes and HRIS systems to ensure proper candidate management, compliance, and reporting
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience from introduction through hire
- Develop direct candidate sourcing and selection strategy for the India and APAC region
- Review current recruitment practice across the region to assist in the on-going development our recruitment best practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard company terms for engagement with key recruitment suppliers in region
- Support the on-going development of employment branding and social media campaigns
- Collaborates with Global Talent Team on various projects
- Fluent English (C1)
- Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years of international corporate recruiting, preferably within IT, eDiscovery/Legal, and technology operations
- At least 2 years of experience using LinkedIn Boolean search methodology to attract and source candidates for open requisitions. Google Boolean candidate search experience preferred
- At least 2 years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment processes (Oracle experience preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, employment branding, and extensive expertise in India-specific recruitment
- Experience collaborating and building relationships with internal stakeholders, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates approachability and friendly demeanor
