Conduct candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommendation of candidates for all levels of positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruiting strategies
Source candidates through online channels, social media, job boards, and professional networks
Utilize global Talent processes and HRIS systems to ensure proper candidate management, compliance, and reporting
Ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience from introduction through hire
Develop direct candidate sourcing and selection strategy for the India and APAC region
Review current recruitment practice across the region to assist in the on-going development our recruitment best practices
Assist in the development and implementation of standard company terms for engagement with key recruitment suppliers in region
Support the on-going development of employment branding and social media campaigns
Collaborates with Global Talent Team on various projects
Qualifications
Fluent English (C1)
Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Extensive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years of international corporate recruiting, preferably within IT, eDiscovery/Legal, and technology operations
At least 2 years of experience using LinkedIn Boolean search methodology to attract and source candidates for open requisitions. Google Boolean candidate search experience preferred
At least 2 years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment processes (Oracle experience preferred)
In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, employment branding, and extensive expertise in India-specific recruitment
Experience collaborating and building relationships with internal stakeholders, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrates approachability and friendly demeanor
