Senior Executive - Recruitments

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions, including sourcing profiles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring joining formalities are completed smoothly.
  
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidate skills and fitment against job descriptions to ensure effective talent acquisition.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for attracting top talent through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards).
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and preferences.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders (clients & candidates).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis & presentation preparation.
