Site Incharge & Maintenance Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Manpower Recruitment & Management:
   
• Manage and recruit site-level manpower to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
2. Work Execution & Supervision:
   
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operational activities of packing and printing machines.
• Ensure timely execution of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
3. Troubleshooting:
   
• Identify and resolve technical issues in packing and printing machines to minimize downtime.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance practices to ensure machine efficiency.
4. Process Improvement (Kaizen):
   
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machine performance.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
   
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and submit MIS (Management Information System) reports regularly.
6. Monthly Presentations (PPT):
   
• Create and present monthly reports on operational performance and maintenance activities.
• Highlight key achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.
7. Budget Management & P&L Responsibility:
   
• Monitor and manage site budgets to control operational expenses.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to ensure cost-effective operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining machines.
• Knowledge of Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.
• Budget management and financial analysis skills.
• Must in C & B Licence
