Injection Molding Maintenance Eng/Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and manage Moulding and Lip Seal operations machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues in machinery and perform routine maintenance.
• Monitor the electrical systems and ensure proper functioning of the equipment.
• Assist in machine setups, adjustments, and calibrations based on production requirements.
• Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics for preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system performance and reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations while handling electrical equipment.
• Should be able be resolve issues and trouble shoot individually based on the inputs from Head.

Preferred candidate profile

Dip and Bachelors Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
