LEAD HR

Role & responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing for factory roles.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory safety protocols.
• Support performance evaluations and manage employee benefits.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Bachelor's in HR or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in HR, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
