Job Description
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction to all strategic sales managers, and ensure the continued development and management of professionals and thereby the organisation
- Establish effective decision-making processes that will enable Organisation to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives
- Creating and handling a team of strategic sales managers to steer the sales revenue of the company
- Managing the P&Ls of atleast portfolio products and making strategic plans for the same in a 3M, 6M, 12M format
- Creating a healthy pipeline and driving revenue through high dollar value enterprise sales for product within India and/or other specified regions.
- Nurturing and building relationships with CXO s in Digital native businesses.
- Having complete ownership of sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maximizing retention as well as cross sell/up sell opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding all quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintaining and developing sales forecasting and pipeline trackers to smoothen internal collaboration.
- Someone who has 14+ years of experience in sales SAAS, Real estate, automotive would be preferred
- A hustler and self-starter who thrives in taking and executing new initiatives.
- Able to work independently & effectively collaborate as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid changing environment.
- Someone who can quickly build rapport with potential customers with a smile on their face we are client-facing on an everyday basis.
- Exceptional storyteller; great at holding people s attention.
- Constantly focused on building problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
