Creating and handling a team of strategic sales managers to steer the sales revenue of the company
Managing the P&Ls of atleast portfolio products and making strategic plans for the same in a 3M, 6M, 12M format
Creating a healthy pipeline and driving revenue through high dollar value enterprise sales for product within India and/or other specified regions.
Nurturing and building relationships with CXO s in Digital native businesses.
Having complete ownership of sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maximizing retention as well as cross sell/up sell opportunities.
Meeting and exceeding all quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintaining and developing sales forecasting and pipeline trackers to smoothen internal collaboration.
