The Quality and Training Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality of Calling Team deliverables while developing training programs to enhance team performance and skills. This role involves monitoring quality metrics, conducting audits, and creating training initiatives to improve processes, knowledge, and performance across the Calling teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance: Oversee and maintain the quality of Calling campaigns, and calling Team, deliverables to ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations.
2. Training Development: Design and deliver tailored training programs focused on advertising trends, marketing tools, and campaign execution best practices.
3. Campaign Monitoring: Evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement in quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
4. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback, performance reviews, and the implementation of new tools or strategies to enhance team output.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports on the effectiveness of training initiatives and quality assurance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in quality management, training, or marketing within an advertising agency or marketing firm.
Familiarity with tools, campaign strategies, and industry standards.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in designing and implementing employee training programs.
