OnGrid is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. We're looking for a passionate individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop detailed campaign plans, including objectives, target audience, budget allocation, and timelines.
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Manage budgets and track ROI for all digital marketing activities.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct & execute keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Manage social media communities and respond to inquiries and comments.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote products/services.
- Create engaging email content and manage email lists.
- Track email campaign performance and optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities and provide insights for improvement.
- Use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
Content Creation (Optional but beneficial):
Create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaign execution and management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
