Associate Product Manager (1-3 yrs)

In this pursuit, we are seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager with experience in building products that solve real-world practical problems and can envision complementary products or services that can help us solve user pain points.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Own the product roadmap and drive execution independently to achieve key business metrics.

2. Lead AI solution development, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

3. Conduct deep-dive data analysis to drive informed, data-driven decisions.

4. Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory policies to inform product direction.

5. Be the voice of the user, obsess over winning outcomes, and translate them into product requirements

- Lead a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business development managers, and data analysts to drive product through a hyper-growth journey

6. Be able to communicate and build consensus with various stakeholders across different tracks and ensure business continuity while planning for growth

7. Capability to drive technical product sessions with integration partners and internal teams

8. Responsible for managing and directing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.

Requirements :

1. Looking for a dynamic product manager who can lead a product track, ensure synergies with other product tracks, and have the foresight to envision further evolution.

2. 1+ years of product management experience in fintech B2B SaaS, preferably in AI-driven products.

3. Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.

4. Familiarity with APIs; understanding of AI/ML solution development is a plus.

5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
